An out of this world earthy, intensely aromatic, yet bright in color, Pesto Genovese, created from a homemade Ligurian traditional recipe, only in small batches. It is DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certified, meaning only pesto made in a precise manner with fresh Ligurian DOP basil can use that labeling.

 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (57%), Semifinished Genovese Basil PDO (Genovese Basil PDO 63%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid) 20% cashew nuts, vegetable fibre, grana padano cheese (milk, rennet, salt, lysozyme: egg protein), pine nuts, garlic, salt. lactic acid

 

CONTAINS: milk, egg, cashew nuts, pine nuts

 

Serving Suggestions: Perfect tossed with pasta and spread on paninis, meat dishes or on fresh mozzarella salad.
